(Carel Struckyen) - Season Nine

The first Big Bad to make an appearance in Season Nine, very little is known about the tall, seemingly invulnerable demon referred to across various texts only as 'The Caretaker,' but whatever he's here for, he's pursuing it with a single-minded determination, seeing Buffy and the Scoobies as minor obstacles.

One of his goals seems to be the destruction of the mystical entities known as the Circle, but again, nobody has yet worked out why.
