Coming back from the dead - thanks to Evil Faith - was just the start of the fun for Richard Wilkins III, formerly Mayor of Sunnydale (before that whole 'snake demon' thing), and now the newly-elected Mayor of New York City, thanks to some underhand dealings to make sure nobody stood in his way...

Ascension may be off the menu, but Wilkins came perilously close to his plan of wedging the Gateway open and flooding NYC with monsters, but all that was just a diversion while he achieved his real aim - becoming the Mayor. The only question now is what will he do with the resources at his disposal to make the team's life even more difficult?
