Dawn Summers' life is a little left of ordinary. Her sister is a slayer. That's enough to trouble anyone. But before Dawn was a sister, she was a ball of pretty, green energy. Or at least that's what she's been told by a couple of witches in various states of crazy. Dawn isn't entirely sure what she might have been before the monks imbued her with human form and a life full of memories, but she's positive that she's just a girl now. An ordinary girl on her way to an ordinary life, far, far away from her sister's legacy and uber-motivational control. A girl has to gain some independence sometime. Pity the bad guys didn't get the memo. Dawn is about to realise her fate is still tied to the elusive status of being the Key. And she's going to learn first hand what it means to be a key, and more importantly, what she can do. |
