Whistler, a neutral demon sent down to level the field between good and evil has seen the damage the war between the two primal forces has done to Earth. The walls between worlds are crumbling, ready to fall at any moment, and to make matters worse, an ancient evil is rising in Los Angeles in the form of a pure blooded, immortal vampire.

He recruits the best potential heroes he can, a demon hunter, a self declared "freak" and a vampire slayer, all with their own agendas. He must get them to work together if the world is going to be saved, as their actions could very well be what makes the difference between the forces of good winning the war, or the side of evil conquering all.
